<p>A small amount of dark chocolate every day will help lower your blood pressure and lower your cholesterol (by up to 10%).  Some of the other benefits are that is tastes good.  I mean, who doesn&#8217;t love chocolate.  It also acts as an anti-depressant and contains caffeine to give you a little pick me up.</p>
<p>Choosing the right healthy dark chocolate may be a little difficult.  You want to stay away from any dark chocolate that has any fillers or other ingredients with it.  Stay away from milk chocolate or white chocolate as these do not have the same amount of cocoa in them as healthy dark chocolate.</p>
